Chefnex is an app that allows you to buy healthy home cooked meals from chefs in your current area. All chefs have a permit to cook and sell food that can be delivered to you or picked up.
What makes us different from other food delivery services is that we allow professional chefs and people who love to cook to share their food with others. Our app isn’t only limited to restaurants, but allows anyone to create their own restaurant in their kitchen.
We work with Postmates who will deliver your food.
Download the Chefnex app with the orange hat from your app store. Use your phone number to sign up, fill out the required fields and enjoy!
If you would like to change your phone number for your account please email info@chefnex.com.
Go to the profile page and click on your Account. Change your email address in the text field and click the save button.
Go to the profile page and click on your Account. Change your password in the text field and click the save button.
Go to the profile page and click on Payment. Click on “Add New Credit Card” and enter in your credit card information.
Go to the profile page and click on Delivery Address. Click on “Add New Address” and enter in your address information.
If your order wasn’t correct, 2 hours after the time you order you will be able to check off the checkbox that says “report no/partial delivery” on your order receipt. This will allow you to notify us that your order wasn’t delivered properly. You will have 2 hours after the 2 hour waiting time to tell us about your order. The dollar value of the order you did not receive will be given back to you in the form of credit.
If your order hasn’t been delivered within the 2 hour waiting time, a checkbox will appear in your order receipt saying “report no/partial delivery” which will allow you to notify us that your order wasn’t delivered. You will have 2 hours after the 2 hour waiting time to tell us about your order. The dollar value of the order you did not receive will be given back to you in the form of credit. If the checkbox doesn’t appear and you never received your food, please email info@chefnex.com.
If your food was spoiled, didn’t follow the directions you asked for etc. then please email info@chefnex.com with the chef’s name, your order number, the item, and the problem.
If your food wasn’t properly packaged then please email info@chefnex.com with the chef’s name, your order number, and the problem.
Credit is another way to pay for food without using your credit card. You can earn credit by inviting other people to join the app.
